Construction of 15 Storey 1 Residential Tower under ‘FENAKA Hiya Project’

FENAKA Corporation Limited has decided to construct a 12,000 sqft residential tower of 15 storey in Hulhumale’ Phase 2 under “FENAKA Hiya Project”, in accordance to the information sheet attached herewith. The information sheet is also published on Fenaka website (http://www.fenaka.com.mv/announcements/).

Interested local and foreign parties may obtain the development guideline and concept drawings by emailing us at [email protected], on or before 25^th June 2018 (Monday), 1500 hrs. Maldivian time. The parties that collect the development guideline and the concept drawings will be eligible to participate in the bid.

The technical proposal will be opened on 3^rd July 2018 (Tuesday) 11:00 hrs. (Maldivian time), at Fenaka Corporation 7^th floor meeting room, in the presence of the bidders. Please note that the proposals received via email and the proposals received after the stated time will not be accepted.
