Procurement of Reference Books for Schools (EEDP/G.49) – Revised Booklist 

Announcement No: (IUL) 22-E/22/2018/101

REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

With reference to our announcement (IUL) 22-E/22/2018/98 we are amending the booklist. The Ministry of Education invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders for the procurement of the given revised list of books.

Revised Book List:

The revised book list is attached to this announcement.

RFQ and supporting document:

Request for Quotation (RFQ) document, Information Sheet is attached to this announcement. Bids without the completed RFQ document will be rejected.

Bid Opening:

Interested parties must submit their sealed quotations on or before 13^th June 2018  (Wednesday) at 11:00 am at Coordination Support Unit, Ministry of Education (Ground Floor, Ghaazee Building), where they will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend bid opening. Bids without the completed RFQ document and late bids will be rejected.

Note: Preference will be given to the bidder quoting for all the books, if no bidder is quotes for all the books, preference will be given to the bidder quoting for the maximum number of books.

Selection of Bidders:

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers  January 2011(“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible vendors as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.
