Marketing and Development of Marketing Materials for Online Job Portal (EEDP/G.46)

REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

The Ministry of Education now invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders for Marketing and Development of Marketing Materials  for an Online Job Portal developed under Ministry of Education and World Bank.

Information Session:

An information session will be held for interested parties on 07^th June 2018 (Thursday) 13:00hrs at Ministry of Education (Meeting Room 1, 09^th Floor, Velaanaage). Bids will not be accepted of those parties who do not attend this information session.

RFQ and supporting document:

Interested parties will receive the RFQ document and Information Sheet during the information session. Bids without the completed RFQ document will be rejected.

Bid Opening:

Interested parties must submit their sealed quotations on or before 11^th June 2018 (Monday) at 13:00 hours at Ministry of Education (Meeting Room 1, 09^th Floor, Velaanaage). where they will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend bid opening. Bids without the RFQ document and late bids will be rejected. Bids will not be accepted of those parties who do not attend this information session.

Selection of Bidders:

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers  January 2011(“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible vendors as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.
