REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

The Ministry of Education re-invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders to Design layout & Print 350 box set (of 21 booklets each) as per given content and specification.

RFQ and supporting document:

Request for Quotation (RFQ) document, Information Sheet and Specification Sheet is attached to this announcement. Bids without the completed RFQ document will be rejected.

Bid Opening:

Interested parties must submit their sealed quotations on or before 4^th June 2018 (Monday) at 11:00 hours at Coordination Support Unit, Ministry of Education (Ground Floor, Ghaazee Building), where they will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend bid opening. Bids without the RFQ document and late bids will be rejected.

Selection of Bidders:

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers  January 2011(“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible vendors as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.
