Compiling, Layout Designing and Printing of 350 Box Sets (20 booklets each set) (EEDP/G.43)

REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

The Ministry of Education now invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders to Compile, Design layout & Print 350 box set (of 20 booklets each) as per given content and specification.

Information Session:

An information session will be held for interested parties on 23^rd May 2018 (Wednesday) 11:00 hours at Coordination Support Unit, Ministry of Education (Ground Floor, Ghaazee Building). Bids will not be accepted of those parties who do not attend this information session.

RFQ and supporting document:

Interested parties will receive the RFQ document and Information Sheet during the information session. Bids without the completed RFQ document will be rejected.

Bid Opening:

Interested parties must submit their sealed quotations on or before 27^th May 2018 (Sunday) at 11:00 hours at Coordination Support Unit, Ministry of Education (Ground Floor, Ghaazee Building), where they will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend bid opening. Bids without the RFQ document and late bids will be rejected. Bids will not be accepted of those parties who do not attend this information session.

Selection of Bidders:

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers  January 2011(“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible vendors as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.
