Supply, delivery and installation of Computer Systems to B-Tech Program (EEDP/G.40)

REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

With reference to our announcement (IUL) 22-E/1/2018/45 (6^th March 2018) we are amending it as below.

The Ministry of Education now invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders for the Supply, delivery and installation of the below items:

40 Computer Systems:

1. Ministry of Education (B-Tech Program).

Information Session:

An information session will be held for interested parties on 13^th March 2018 (Tuesday) 11:00 hours at Coordination Support Unit, Ministry of Education (Ground Floor, Ghaazee Building). Bids will not be accepted of those parties who do not attend this information session.

RFQ document:

Interested parties may download the RFQ document and Information Sheet attached to this announcement. Bids without the completed RFQ document will be rejected.

Bid Opening:

Interested parties must submit their bids on or before 15 March 2018 (Thursday) at 11:00 am at Coordination Support Unit, Ministry of Education (Ground Floor, Ghaazee Building), where they will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend bid opening. Bids without the RFQ document and late bids will be rejected.

Selection of Bidders:

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers  January 2011(“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.
