REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

The Ministry of Education now invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders for the Supply, delivery and installation of the below items:

Furniture for Muhyiddin School:                                      

420 Student Desk                                                                        

12 Teacher Table                                                                          

12 White Boards

420 Student Chairs (Plastic, No armrest)                             

12 Teacher Chair (With armrest)                                           

Information Session:

An information session will be held for interested parties on 12^th February 2018 (Monday) 11:00 am at Coordination Support Unit, Ministry of Education (Ground Floor, Ghaazee Building). Bids will not be accepted of those parties who do not attend this information session.

RFQ document:

Interested parties may download the RFQ document (RFQ for Muhyiddin School Furniture Pack) and Information sheet from this advertisement page. In addition, bidders can request for the document by emailing [email protected]. Bids without the completed RFQ document will be rejected.

Bid Opening:

Interested parties must submit their bids on or before 15^th February 2018 (Thursday) at 13:00 pm at Coordination Support Unit, Ministry of Education (Ground Floor, Ghaazee Building), where they will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend bid opening. Bids without the RFQ document and late bids will be rejected.
