REQUEST FOR BIDS

The Ministry of Education now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply, delivery and installation of the below items:

1. Hithadhoo School, S. Hithadhoo (210 Student Desk, 210 Student Chair, 6 Teacher Table, 6 Teacher Chair, 6 White Board).
2. Meynaa School, N. Holhudhoo (210 Student Desk, 210 Student Chair, 6 Teacher Table, 6 Teacher Chair, 6 White Board, 700 Hall Chair, 40 Stage Chair).
3. Maamendhoo School, Ga. Maamendhoo (35 Student Desk, 35 Student Chair, 1 Teacher Table, 1 Teacher Chair, 1 White Board).

Information Session:

An information session will be held for interested parties on 18^th December 2017 (Monday) 13:00 pm at Coordination Support Unit, Ministry of Education (Ground Floor, Ghaazee Building). Bids will not be accepted of those parties who do not attend this information session.

Bidding document:

Interested parties can download the bidding document from gazette or request for the Bidding document (Bidding Document for Furniture to 3 Schools (G.28) document by emailing [email protected] or [email protected] .

Bid Submission/Opening:

Interested parties must submit their bids on or before 21^st December 2017 (Thursday) at 13:00 pm at Coordination Support Unit, Ministry of Education (Ground Floor, Ghaazee Building), where they will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend bid opening. Bidders are required to submit a Bid Security of MVR 20,000/- (Maldivian Rufiyaa Twenty Thousand Only) in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Bank Certified Cheque. .Bids submitted without the Bid Security and late bids will be rejected.
