Procurement of Custom Made Furniture (EEDP/G.31)

REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

The Ministry of Education now invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders for custom made furniture as per specifications given in RFQ document.

Information Session:

An information session will be held for interested parties on 26^th November 2017 (Sunday) 13:00 pm at Coordination Support Unit, Ministry of Education (Ground Floor, Ghaazee Building, Ameer Ahmed Magu). Bids will not be accepted from those parties who do not attend this information session.

RFQ document:

Interested parties can request for the Request for Quotation document along with the information sheet and drawings by emailing [email protected] and [email protected] . These documents are also attached. Bids without the completed RFQ document will be rejected.

Bid Submission/Bid Opening:

Interested parties must submit their bids on or before 29^th November 2017 (Wednesday) at 13:00 pm at Coordination Support Unit, Ministry of Education (Ground Floor, Ghaazee Building, Ameer Ahmed Magu), where they will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend bid opening. Bids without completed RFQ document and late bids will be rejected.
