REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL  

The Ministry of Education (MOE) of the Republic of Maldives decides to mobilize private sector participation for designing, building and operating a higher education institution along with a high school in a plot measuring 4000 square feet, through a transparent competitive bidding process. The plot of land is located in the capital city, Male’. The Project will be implemented through the award and execution of a design, build and management, agreement between MOE, and the Winning Bidder. Hence, MOE invites all interested parties to submit their Request for Proposals (RFPs) to undertake this venture.

The interested parties are requested to purchase the RFP from the Ministry of Education and submit their completed RFPs. “The Bid Document to Design, Build and Manage a Higher Secondary cum Higher Education Institute, under a Management Contract Agreement on a Plot Allocated in Male’ City” will be available to purchase from the Finance Section at Ministry of Education, Velaanaage 8^th floor, from 20^th August 2017 till 24^th August 2017, on working days from 10:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. Each bidder can submit only one proposal. The bid document is priced at MVR250/-.

Interested bidders may submit their clarifications to the mail address : [email protected] till 1400hrs of 7^th August 2017. The Pre-Bid Meeting shall be held on Thursday, 07^th September 2017 at 1400 hours in Meeting Room 1,Velaanaage, 9^th floor.

Interested bidders may submit their bid documents in a closed envelope to, Ministry of Education, 9^th floor, Velaanaage Building on Wednesday, 20^th September 2017 at 1400 hours.
