Invitation for Expression of Interest:

To Operate, Manage and Maintain an International School

in the Building of English Preparatory and Secondary (EPS) School

The Ministry of Education (MOE) of the Republic of Maldives has decided to mobilize private sector participation for the operation, management and maintenance of a Grade 1-10 International School in the building of English Preparatory and Secondary School (EPSS) through a transparent competitive bidding process. The school is located in the capital city, Male’. The Project will be implemented through the award and execution of a operate, manage and maintain agreement between MOE, and the Winning Bidder. Hence, MOE invites all interested parties to submit their Expression of Interest to operate an internationally reputed brand of school in the aforementioned school building.

The interested parties are requested to submit their expression of interest on or before 1400hrs of 27^th April 2017 via email ([email protected]). The following documents may be submitted along with the Expression of Interest:

• Company Registration Certificate
• Company Profile
• Taxpayer Registration
• Submitting Brand’s Franchise License
• Contact Number and email ID
• Interested Concepts for Bidding

Only parties who have registered for expression of interest will receive the Bid Document and be eligible for submission of their Proposals.

Requirements to qualify for the Tender Evaluation Process

1. MOE intends to make the RFP available after 30^th April, to interested parties who sent in their Expression of Interest to MOE.
2. Applicant must be a registered Company
3. Applicant must have the experience of operating and managing a reputed brand of International School in Maldives or another country.
4. Applicant must NOT have any pending, active, or previous legal action that prevents the Bidder from submitting the Bid, executing Agreement or fulfilling the conditions of the Agreement.
