Supply of second hand 02 Ton Pick-up (Power Gate)

1. State Electric Company Ltd (STELCO) invites sealed Bids from interested and eligible Bidders for the above mentioned tender.

1. The Bid Validity shall be minimum Ninety (90) days from the date of Bid opening. All Bids shall be accompanied with a Bid Security of US$648.50 (United States Dollars Six Hundred and Forty Eight/ Cent Fifty only) or MVR 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Maldivian Rufiyaa only) which is valid for Thirty (30) days beyond the validity of the bid.
2. Tender Schedule:

1. The Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelope and addressed as follows:

1. STELCO shall not be liable for the misplacement or premature opening for the unlabeled sealed Bids.

5.         Quotation Evaluation Criteria:

Sample approved bids shall be evaluated on the following basis. Points (Pts) shall be given according to the formula below.

• Price =                        70 pts [(Minimum Quoted Price) / (Quoted Price) x 70].
• Delivery period =       20 pts [(Shortest delivery period) / (Quoted delivery period) x 20].
• Experience =              10 pts (Shall submit reference letters of previous supplies for similar work).

Important Note:

• All necessary documents mentioned in ‘Terms and conditions’ in our website www.stelco.com.mv should be submitted.
•  It is in STELCO’s discretion to reject/cancel any quotation which does not fulfil or comply the above terms, at anytime during the quotation evaluation process. Also it is in STELCO’s discretion to cancel this request for quotation at anytime. 
• In a state under 8:01 of “Maaliayathu Gavaidhu -8:01- point 7”, bidder shall submit all the relevant documents mentioned in the clause “8:01 – point 7 with the bid document.                   

1. Bids shall be opened as mentioned in the schedule, at STELCO Head Office, 2^nd Floor meeting room, in the presence of those Bidders or Bidder’s representatives who wish to attend the session.
2. - Important Note: It is in STELCO’s discretion to reject/cancel any bid which does not fulfil or comply the above terms, at anytime during the bid evaluation process. Also it is in STELCO’s discretion to cancel this invitation to bid at any time.
