Quotation shall be opened on Thursday, 09th March 2017, 13:00hrs, in Fenaka Corporation Head Office, 7th Floor meeting room, in the presence of those parties or their representatives who wish to attend the session.
The quotations shall be submitted in sealed envelope and addressed as follows:
Please mention the reference number on the envelope.

- All sealed quotations shall reach Fenaka Corporation head office on or before Thursday, 09th March 2017, 13:00hrs. Any quotation(s) received after this deadline shall be disqualified.
1) Quotation shall indicate the following:
- Price: Door Step Delivery Price
Currency (If not stated, shall be assumed as Maldivian Rufiyaa).
- Delivery period (In days)
2) Evaluation Criteria:
Approved bids shall be evaluated on the following basis. Points (Pts) shall be given according to the formula below.
- Price = 85pts [(Minimum Quoted Price) / (Quoted Price) x 85].
- Delivery period = 10pts [(Shortest delivery period) / (Quoted delivery period) x 10].
- Experience = 05pts (Shall submit reference letters of previous supplies for similar work).
3) Documents to be submitted
- Quotation
- Complete set of documents of the Company
- Company profile
- Company Registration Certificate
- GST Certificate (if local)
- Tax clearance report (if local)
- Contact details
- Relevant work Experience letters
- Copy of National ID Card (if bidder is an individual)
- Detailed specifications of the offered product
Important Note:
* Bids lacking the above documents are subject to fail in the bid evaluation process. FENAKA Corporation Limited shall not be liable for the misplacement or premature opening for the unlabeled sealed quotation. Quotations received after the stated time will not be accepted.
* It is in Fenaka’s Discretion to reject / cancel any bid which does not fulfill or comply the above terms, at any time during the bid evaluation process. Also it is in Fenaka’s discretion to cancel this invitation to bid at anytime
