INVITATION FOR BIDS
Procurement and installation of a broadcast content monitoring & logging system
1. The Ministry of Finance and Treasury, on behalf of Maldives Broadcasting Commission (the Employer), cancels the bids received for the invitation no: (IUL) 13-K1/13/2016/92 and re-invites bids from eligible and qualified bidders to the Procurement and installation of a broadcast content monitoring & logging system.
2. Qualifications requirements are stated in the Bidding Document.
3. The Bidder shall be registered to submit a bid upon payment of a non-refundable Registration fee of MVR 1500/- (Maldivian Rufiyaa Thousand Five Hundred) from 27th December 2016 to 10th January 2017 between 0830hrs and 1330hrson all working days. A complete set of bidding documents in electronic format shall be available for download from the Ministry of Finance and Treasury website www.finance.gov.mv
4. Any clarifications to the project may be sent to the address in clause 7 of this invitation for bids on or before 1200 Hours Maldivian Time on Thursday, 5th January 2017.
5. The Bidder shall furnish a bid security of MVR 20,000/- (Maldivian Rufiyaa Twenty Thousand) or Equivalent in USD, which shall be valid for 148 days from the date of bid opening.
6. Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days from the date of bid opening and shall be delivered to the Ministry of Finance and Treasury at the address specified below in Clause 7 of this Invitation for Bids, on or before 1000 hours Maldivian time on 12th January 2017, at which time they will be opened in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend the bid opening. Late bids will be rejected.
