Managing Airport Insurance

The Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) operating the Ibrahim Nasir International Airport (INIA) invites sealed bids from internationally reputed insurance brokers with experience in managing airport insurance to submit insurance proposals in respect to insurances required for INIA for the year 2017.

Interested firms shall Register in the bidding by an expression of interest by post, fax or email ([email protected]) on or before 1130hrs of 25th October 2016, Tuesday. The Tender Document in English language will be distributed to all the registered bidders through email.

A compulsory Pre-bid Meeting will be held at 1300hrs on 27th October 2016, Thursday, in MACL Corporate Office building at INIA for the registered bidders who wants to proceed ahead. Only the registered Bidders that attend the compulsory Pre-bid Meeting will be allowed to submit bids.

Sealed bids in compliance with the details and requirements stated in the Tender Document shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and must be delivered to the address in the Tender Document on or before 1130hrs of 10th November 2016, Thursday. Late bids will be rejected.

The Offers from each Bidder will be opened at sharp 1130hrs on 10th November 2016, Thursday, in MACL Corporate Office Building at INIA, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

Evaluation of the bids will be performed after which MACL will deliberate and finalize the award.
