Expression of Interest for the Development, Management and Maintenance of Labor Park facilities in Gulhifalhu

The government of Maldives has initiated on developing a Labour Park in Gulhifalhu for the purpose of rectifying the current living standards and  providing a healthier lifestyle for expatriates working in greater Male’ region.

For the purpose of development, management and maintenance of Labour Park, Gulhifalhu Investment Limited (GIL) intends to outsource the above said project to a professional services provider in order to provide quality services. The development, management and maintenance of Labor Park includes construction and development of labor quarters, kitchen and mess room, entertainment facilities such as pitch area and entertainment rooms etc. as per the guidelines provided by the GIL.

GIL intends to invite interested parties to submit their Expression of Interest to the above said project through a letter. The letter shall be submitted before 22^nd September 2016 on Thursday to Gulhifalhu Investment Limited in an enclosed envelope along with the Company Profile. The envelope shall be stated as “Expression of Interest for the Development, Management and Maintenance of Labor Park”.

Interested parties may obtain further information from the Gulhifalhu Investment Limited by written requests email or through contact number provided below, 3 days before the deadline for submission (excluding public holidays).

The interested parties that submits their expression of interest shall only be entitled to join on the bidding process.
