TENDER NOTICE ISSUED BY MALDIVES CENTER FOR ISLAMIC FINANCE TO FIND A PARTY INTERESTED IN DESIGNING AND PRINTING OF A MAGAZINE FOR A PERIOD OF TWO YEARS

We invite local and international parties interested in designing and coordinating printing of a magazine which is to be produced semiannually. A Contract will be entered between the company and the selected party for a period of two years.

General specifications of the magazine’s first batch: 

• Initial Quantity: 200 Copies
• 40 pages including cover page which comprises of photographs and text /full colored
• Size: standard magazine size
• The magazine should have perfect binding / saddle stitch 
• Language used: English (Additional languages may be used as quotes)
• paper Type: Gloss or matte
• The vendor is to design the layout upon receipt of the content from the company’s editorial team.
• A final proof read will be conducted by the company’s team and will be signed for printing.
• The work shall be carried out as and when required by the company

Price quoted must be inclusive of:

• Unlimited changes for creative concept and design, layout, Art work, High Resolution Scanning and Image enhancement.
• Price of the available paper (Gloss/matte/ dull) and the thickness should be mentioned in the Quotation.
• GST, delivery charges to the company premises and whichever applicable should be separately indicated.  

Tendering Process:

• Tenders have to be submitted on Wednesday, August 24^th, 2016 at 1400 hrs to Maldives Center for Islamic Finance Ltd and will be opened at the same time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to be present.

Scores will be calculated based on the following.

• Technical Score: 40% (related experience )
• Financial Score: 60%
