  1. To participate bidders are required to buy the tender documents from MTCC. The Cost of Tender documents is none-refundable $500 (five hundred US dollars). Bid Documents are available for purchase from 04-20th July 2016 from MTCC Procurement Department.  Payments accepted from 8:30 to 15:30 (Sunday to Thursday) and from 10:30 to 13:30 during Ramadan.  International bidders shall make payments through TT to the account given below:

  3. Bidders are required to keep a refundable security deposit of $10,000 (the thousand US dollars).  More information on Security Deposit is available on Volume 2 of Tender Documents.

  4. Information on the Pre-bid meeting will be communicated with those who purchase the bid documents from MTCC.

  5. Bids must be submitted to MTCC on 31st July 2016 at 1400 hours to Procurement Department of MTCC.
