REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Design and Management Consultancy for Hulhule’ – Hulhumale’ Connecting Road
1. The Government of Republic of Maldives has allocated funds towards the cost of Hulhule’ – Hulhumale’ Connecting Road and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards procuring the services of Design and Management Consultancy.
2. The Government of Maldives, represented by Ministry of Finance and Treasury, invites interested eligible consultants to submit their proposals according to the Request for Proposals (RFP). Interested parties must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignment, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Parties may associate to enhance their qualifications.
3. The Request for Proposal document, in the English language maybe available by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below, during between 0830 hrs and 1330 hrs on all working days from March 15, 2016 till April 07, 2016. It is also published in the Ministry of Finance and Treasury’s website www.finance.gov.mv
4. The Interested consultants shall submit documentary evidence (Tax Clearance Report) of no due payment to the Government of Maldives, obtained from Maldives Inland Revenue Authority along with the proposal. This document shall be dated no earlier than 10 (Ten) days prior to the proposal submission date.
5. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 28th March 2016 at 1000 hrs Maldivian time at the Public Procurement Section Meeting Room of the Ministry of Finance and Treasury. Any clarifications to the proposal may be sent to the email addresses given below on or before March 31, 2016, Monday at 1200 hours.
6. The proposals are expected to be submitted to the address by no later than 1000 hours local time on April 12, 2016, Tuesday.
