REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

West Coast Waterfront Mixed Development Project in Male’

The Ministry of Finance and Treasury, on behalf of Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure (the Employer) of Government of Republic of Maldives intends to seek a developer to develop and operate a 6512.17sqm distinctive world-class mixed development facility at the west coast water front on Ground lease basis for a term of 50 years.

The Ministry of Finance and Treasury, now invites interested eligible developers to submit their proposals to indicate their interest in the West Coast waterfront mixed development project.

Interested parties shall register to submit the proposal by writing to the address below from March 17, 2016 till April 20, 2016. Request for Proposal (RFP) in electronic format shall be available for download from the Ministry of Finance and Treasury website www.finance.gov.mv.

A pre-proposal meeting shall be held on March 24, 2016 at 1300 hours.

Interested developers may obtain further information on request by writing to the address below no later than 1400 hours on April 3, 2016.

The Request for Proposals shall be delivered to the address below by regular mail, emails or fax, no later than 1300 hours Maldivian time on April 21, 2016 (Thursday).
