HIRING A CARGO CLEARANCE PARTY FOR 01 YEAR
State Trading Organization Plc. (STO) is pleased to offer the opportunity to submit proposals for, hiring a cargo clearance party for 01 year.
1. Scope of work
1.1 Provide end-to-end cargo clearance services at ports within the Maldives upon request by STO.
2. The Eligible Tenderers are limited to;
2.1 Parties must be registered in Maldives Ports Limited as a cargo clearance agent.
3. Required documents
3.1 Company registration certificate
3.2 Shareholder ID cards
3.3 Relevant Tax Certificates
3.4 Business Permit
3.5 Business Profile
3.6 Memorandum of Association
3.7 Article of Association
3.8 Proof of registration in MPL as a clearing agent
4. Tendering Process.

Registration and Bid Document: |
Tenderers can register via email to [email protected] along with the company certificate and documents required to verify the eligibility criteria. Deadline for Registration is 28th October 2024, 1100hrs. ONLY Eligible Tenderers can register and participate in the tender. A complete set of Bidding Document in English shall be sent via email on, 29th October 2024, only to the parties who have successfully registered and are eligible under the tender. |

Questions and Replies: |
Questions shall be type-written in English, and shall be sent via email, on or before 4th November 2024, 1100hrs, to the address specified below. Replies to questions will be given on theof 4th November 2024, to all those who have successfully registered under this tender

Tender Submission: |
Documents shall be emailed to [email protected] [NOT LATER than 7th November 2024 at 1100:00hrs.] Submissions received after deadline shall be rejected. |
