CONSULTING SERVICES FOR ENERGY AUDIT

The Ministry of Fisheries and Ocean Resources has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Transforming Fisheries Sector Management in South- West Indian Ocean Region and Maldives Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under Consulting Services. The consulting services required is to hire an Individual Consultant Energy Audit.

The Ministry of Fisheries and Ocean Resources now invites eligible consultants to submit expressions of interest and proposals. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The criteria are:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental engineering, energy management or relevant fields
• Demonstrated experience of minimum 5 years working on energy or in a related field
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience in similar consultancy assignments or energy audits will be an added advantage.

The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
