-          Teach appropriate fundamental Handball skills

-          Emphasizing on values, fun, skill development, fair play, teamwork and sportsmanship

-          Be punctual and conduct programs with professionalism and discipline

-          Conduct skills and technique assessment every 3 months

-          Provide a safe learning environment for training or games before every session

-          Conduct minimum 3 sessions per age group every week

-          Assisting coach

-          Continuing the YDP on days when the coach is on leave
