Male’ Water & Sewerage Company Pvt. Ltd, hereby announces Invitation for submission of Proposals to “Supply, Installation, Configuration and Training for Comprehensive Network and Surveillance Infrastructure - MWSC Operations Building” at Male’ Water & Sewerage Company Pvt. Ltd

Eligibility Criteria

Interested and competent contractors wishing to carry out the above project must submit the following documents with the Expression of Interest.

• Copy of Company Registration Certificate
• Company Profile Information sheet issued by the Ministry of Economic Development
• Copy of National Identification Card / Passport of Certified Engineers
• GST Registration Certificate
• MIRA Tax Clearance Report (past 6 months from the date of bid submission)
• Bid Form (completed, signed, and stamped)
• Bill of Material and Requirements (as per the RFP without any modifications, alterations, or suggestions)
• Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter / Certificate
  • Bidder or proposer must be an Authorized Partner or Distributor for APC, AXIS and HPE products and services. The bidder that does not manufacture or produce the Goods it offers to supply shall submit the Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter (MAL) to demonstrate that it has been duly authorized by the manufacturer or producer of the Goods/Services to provide these Goods/Services in the Maldives. MAL must be referred to the project reference number.
• Experience References
  • Four (4) including 1 HPE MSA Project, 1 HPE Aruba Network Project, 1 APC Schneider Electric Datacenter UPS project
• Installation Team / Engineer(s) Vendor Certified following Certificates required.
  • Cisco CCNA Certified
  • Fortinet NSE 1, 2, 3 and 4 Network Security Associate
  • Certified Fiber Optic Technician
  • APC Certified Secure Power Specialist
  • HPE Storage Solution V2 Certified
  • HPE MSA Storage Certifie

Registration

To be registered in the tendering process, interested bidders must attend the information session as per the tender schedule, Hence only the participants who attend pre-bid/information session will be eligible to attend the bid submission and submit the bid proposal.
