INVITATION FOR BIDS (2nd Advertisement)
Consultancy service to develop a project concept note
for a proposed mitigation technology identified under TNA
Ministry of Climate Change, Environment and Energy (MCCEE) in partnership with the UNEP-CCC is currently implementing a project titled, Preparation of Technology Needs Assessment (TNA) under United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) for the Republic of Maldives.
The Ministry is seeking a national expert to prepare a concept note (in a relevant format) along with all supporting documents, building on one of the priority technologies identified in the TNA Report , for submission to a relevant climate-change funding agency.
As we did not receive any bid for the first announcement (no. (IUL)438-CCD/438/2024/199) dated 26th May 2024 the Ministry now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for this consultancy.

Bid Validity and Bid Opening
Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 calendar days from the date of bid opening and shall be submitted to the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Technology, before 10:00 AM Maldivian Time on 04 July 2024. Late bids will be rejected.
The bids will be opened at 10:05AM on 04 July 2024 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to attend the bid opening.
