INVITATION FOR TENDER

HIRING A PARTY TO SERVICE AND CALIBRATION FUEL PUMPS AND INJECTORS OF STO VEHICLES FOR 01 YEAR

State Trading Organization Plc. (STO) is pleased to offer registered parties in Maldives, the opportunity to submit proposals for servicing and calibration of fuel pumps and injectors in STO vehicles for a period of 01 year.

 1.       Scope of Service Required

1.1 Types of fuel pump for service

• STANADYNE DE PUMP testing and calibration
• PT PUMP testing and calibration
• Common Rail pump (CP1, CP2 & CP3) testing and calibration
• HPO pump testing and calibration
• Rotary pumps testing and calibration.
• Inline pumps testing and calibration.
• Electronic fuel pumps testing and calibration.

1.2 Types of injectors for service

• Injectors for STANADYNE DE PUMP testing and pressure adjustment
• Injectors for PT PUMP testing and pressure adjustment
• Injectors for Common Rail pump (CP1, CP2 & CP3) testing and pressure adjustment.
• Injectors for HPO pump testing and pressure adjustment
• Injectors for Rotary pumps testing and pressure adjustment.
• Injectors for Inline pumps testing and pressure adjustment.

2 The Eligible Tenderers are limited to;

2.1   Only parties with a proven track record of completing projects involving the servicing and calibration of fuel pumps and injectors in vehicles, as specified in sections 1.1 and 1.2, are eligible to tender.

2.2   STO will conduct inspections (Garage / Service center) to verify that tenderers are capable of providing services for all the above pumps and injectors specified in 1.1 and 1.2.

3   Eligibility of the proponent will be validated by:

3.1    Reference letter/completion certificates or any documentation in the name of Companies/Government Entities/Institutions/Commission etc. (any legal or government entity) for successful completion of at least one similar nature of project involving servicing and calibration.

3.2    STO will request proponents to arrange a site inspection for verification purposes.

   4.       Required documents for registration.

• Bidders must provide their company profile, including the pictures of their machineries and equipment’s.
• Company certificates (Registration certificate, Memorandum of association, Articles of association, MIRA TAX registration certificate, Business information sheet)
• Company shareholder ID cards
• Reference letter/Completion certificates

 5.       Tendering Process

Registration & bid document:  Tenderers can register via email to [email protected] along with the company certificates and documents required to verify the eligibility criteria.

Deadline for registration:         23^rd June 2024, 11:00hrs

ONLY Eligible Tenderers can participate in the tender. 

A complete set of Bidding Document in English will be sent via email on, 27^th June 2024, only to the parties who have successfully registered and are eligible under the tender. 

Queries and Replies:                  Queriesshall be writtenin English, and shall be sent via email, on or before 3^rd July 2024, 11:00hrs to the address specified below. Response to queries will be given on 4^th July 2024, to all those who have successfully registered under this tender. 

Tender submission:                     Documents shall be emailed to [email protected][NOT LATER than 9^th July 2024 at 11:00hrs.]

                                                        Submissions received after deadline will be rejected.
