The following amendment is made to the Announcement No:  (IUL)88-PS/88/2024/38 for the submission of proposal to develop a tourist facility in accordance with Regulation Number: R-69/2016 (Regulation for Submission of Proposals for Leasing of Islands, Land and Lagoons for Tourism Purposes).

First Amendment:

The Lease Acquisition Cost (LAC) of the below lagoon is revised as follows due to a misprint in the LAC as per the announcement number: (IUL)88-PS/88/2024/38 (30^th May 2024).

Hence, interested parties are encouraged to submit their proposals as per the aforementioned regulation along with the application form that can be obtained from the Ministry’s website (www.tourism.gov.mv).
