Job Responsibilities
|
- Introduce well established system of making complaints about defective medicines.
- Coordinate with international manufacturers to implement quality protocols.
- Facilitate to conduct quality related audits (online/onsite).
- Ensure adequate temperature monitoring & logging mechanism of medical warehouse, stores and pharmacies.
- Ensure quality control at shipment clearance and checking process at main warehouse.
- Execute voluntary batch recall in the event of a reported quality issue, urgent recall should be carried out in the event of notification from MFDA or manufacturer.
- Conduct internal investigation and report to authorities in the event of an Adverse drug reaction (ADR)
- Conduct routine inspections of warehouses, stores and pharmacies to ensure compliance to MFDA guidelines.
- In the event of a prescription error, lead the investigation and report to relevant authorities.
- Ensure the compliance to quality manuals.
- Ensure that relevant staff of pharmacies are aware with regulatory requirements of agencies (MFDA,
- Conduct quality assurance/quality related SOP trainings to the relevant staff.

Required Qualification
|
- Diploma or a higher qualification in Pharmacy or a related field
|
Preferred Requirements
|
- Proficient in both Dhivehi and English language
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Good computer skills
|
