Job Scope:
|
- Development of Performance Management and Organization Design strategies that align with the company business plan and objectives, talent retention strategy and overall business market competitiveness. Harmonizing and updating Company structure, policies and procedures to align with Company strategic objectives with the aim of ensuring compliance with existing company policies and procedures.
- Creation and assessment of performance metrics and analytics in cooperation with business units to assess and guide the management with key business decisions, enhancing overall effectiveness of company performance.

Job Criteria:
|
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 05 years of experience in a related field with 03 years of managerial experience
