REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

  CONSULTING SERVICES – FIRMS SELECTION

The Ministry of Education has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Maldives: Atoll Education Development Project (AEDP) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract  for the Firm to “Preparation of Awareness Materials for Safeguards Activities”.

Bidder Registration:

Interested vendors are required to register via the Bid Registration Form Link: forms.moe.gov.mv, on or before 24^th April 2024, 12:00. Only registered bidders are eligible to submit the bid.

Information Clarification:

Interested vendors may obtain further information by emailing [email protected]  before 25^th April 2024, 12:00.

Quotation Submission:

Interested parties must submit their sealed quotations to the address below on 28^th April 2024, 11:00 Hours, where they will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend the bid opening. Late submissions will be rejected.

Selection of Bidders:

Bidding will be conducted as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement in Investment Project Financing- Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, July 2016 Revised November 2017 and August 2018 introduced by the Bank under the Procurement Framework (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
