The Secretariat of M. Veyvah Island Council (“hereinafter referred to as the “Council”) invites eligible investors, (locals and foreign) to register their interest, by submitting a letter to submit their interest to Development, Operation, and Management of a tourist facility (City Hotel) of 70,000sqf of Land allocated in M. Veyvah Tourism Zone (hereinafter referred to as the “Land Plot”). (The LAND PLOT is attached as Annex I, either A or B)

1. Interested parties should register before 8^th February 2024, at 1330 hours, via Letter. The registration letter request shall be submitted via email to [email protected].Only registered parties shall be allowed to Purchase Bid Documents and Information sessions.
2. Information session will be held both physically and virtually on 15^th February 2023, 1300, hours. The meeting link will be shared with the parties who purchased Bid Documents.
3. Bid Documents will be available to purchase from 15^th February 2024, 1300, hours to 21^st February 2024, 1300, hours from the Secretariat Veyvah Island Council.
4. Bidders or their representatives must be present with sealed Bids 10 minutes before the start of the Bid opening session on 7^th March 2024, 1300, hours at the Secretariat of the M. Veyvah Island Council or any other venue that the Council may announce. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the Bid Opening session.
