Subjects: Design and Management Consultancy for the Re-Development of Male’ Road Network
1- The Government of Maldives, represented by Ministry of Finance and Treasury on behalf of Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure, is seeking proposals from interested, financially and technically qualified eligible consultants to submit their proposals for the Design and Management Consultancy for the Re-Development of Male’ Road Network.
2- The Request for Proposal document, in the English language maybe available by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below, during between 0830 hrs and 1430 hrs on all working days from April 6, 2015 till April 29, 2015 . It is also published in the Ministry of Finance and Treasury’s website www.finance.gov.mv
3- Interested parties must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignment, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Parties may associate to enhance their qualifications.
4- The Interested consultants shall submit documentary evidence (No Due Report) of no due payment to the Government of Maldives, obtained from Maldives Inland Revenue Authority along with the proposal. This document shall be dated no earlier than 5 (Five) days prior to the proposal submission date.
5- A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at 1100 hours Maldivian Time at Tender Evaluation Section of Ministry of Finance and Treasury.
6- Any clarifications to the proposal may be sent to the email addresses given below on or before April 16, 2015, Thursday at 1400 hours.
7- The proposals are expected to be submitted to the address by no later than 1100 hours local time on April 04, 2015, Monday.
