Introduction:

Regional Airports Company Limited (RACL), operator of Kulhudhuffushi Airport, invites reputable construction firms to submit proposals for the redevelopment and expansion of the airport's passenger terminal as per the concept design shared by the company. The project aims to accommodate the growing number of passengers, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with local and international aviation regulations and standards.

Project Scope:

The development project includes various aspects such as the development of a new single story Passenger Terminal of 11,345 sqft., shading of the passenger terminal area of 11,657 sqft., structural changes to the existing facilities, enhanced passenger amenities, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The successful bidder will be responsible for executing the project as per the Terms of Reference within the specified timeframe.

Submission of Expressions of Interest (EOI):

Interested construction firms, registered under the relevant authorities, are invited to submit their Expressions of Interest (EOI) by email to [email protected] on or before 23:59hrs on 9^th January 2024, Tuesday.
