INVITATION FOR BIDS

The Ministry of Finance and Treasury, on behalf of Ministry of Housing and Infra-Structure (the Employer), invites bids from local and foreign Contractors for the following works.

    Tender Documents for each project may be obtained from Tender Evaluation Section of Ministry of Finance and Treasury, from 23^rd March 2015 to 31^st March 2015 between 0830 hrs and 1400 hrs on all working days, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MVR 1500.00 (One Thousand Five Hundred

The Bidder shall furnish a bid securitywhich shall be valid for 28 days beyond the validity of the Bid. The amount of performance security shall be 5% of contract price. An advance payment of 15% of contract price will be provided upon submission of an advance payment guarantee

Pre-bid meetings will be held on 31^st March 2015 (Tuesday) at 1300 hrs Maldivian time at the Ministry of Finance and Treasury

Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days from the date of bid opening and shall be delivered to Ministry of Finance and Treasury at the address specified above in Clause 3 of this Invitation for Bids, on or before 1400 hrs Maldivian time on 09^th April 2015 (Thursday), at which time they will be opened in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend
