REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

Maldives Polytechnic Male’ Campus Garden Area Landscaping

The Ministry of Higher Education has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Maldives: Enhancing Employability and Resilience of Youth (MEERY) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract  for Maldives Polytechnic Male’ Campus Garden Area Landscaping.

The announcement published on 25^th October 2023, (IUL)475-PMU/475/2023/212 has been cancelled due to limited interest. Therefore, a new invitation for quotation is open for interested parties.

The Request for Quotation (RFQ) Document, Information Sheet, Drawings and BOQ is downloadable from this gazette page and also can be obtained upon request to [email protected] .

Information Session:

Information Session will be held on site at Maldives Polytechnic Male’ Campus (Rehendhee Hingun, Male’) at 1000 hourson 25^th December 2023, (Monday). Quotations of those parties who do not attend this information session will be NOT be accepted.

Quotation Submission:

Interested parties must submit their sealed quotations on28^th December 2023 (Thursday) 1300 Hours to the address below, where they will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend the bid opening. Submissions without the completed RFQ document and late submissions will be rejected.

Selection of Bidders:

Bidding will be conducted as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement in Investment Project Financing- Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, July 2016 Revised November 2017 and August 2018 introduced by the Bank under the Procurement Framework (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
