SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF VIDEO CONFERENCING SYSTEM LINKING ATOLL HOSPITALS

1-      The Republic of Maldives has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Responsive COVID-19 Vaccination for Recovery Project under ADB’s Asia Pacific Vaccine Access Facility (APVAX), and intends to apply part of the funds for the payment of services of Supply and installation of video conferencing system linking atoll hospitals.

2-      The Ministry of Health (MoH), cancels the Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the reference number (IUL)23-PIIR(ICS)/1/2023/10 (July 03, 2023) since MoH have not received adequate amount of eligible quotations and re-invites interested eligible bidders to submit their quotations.

4-      A bidder will be selected in accordance with the Request for Quotation (RFQ) method set out in the “Procurement Regulations for ADB Borrowers (2017, as amended from time to time)”

5-      A more detailed Request for Quotation (RFQ) with the detail specifications will be available on the Ministry’s website www.health.gov.mv. Interested bidders may obtain further information by writing to the address below;

6-      Form of Quotation with the priced Supply and Delivery Schedule and required documents should be submitted by 10:30hrs of August 15, 2023 and shall be signed, sealed in an envelope and be opened in public, in the presence of participating suppliers’ representatives who choose to attend, at the following address.
