MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• Degree with minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant field.

OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible to ensure inclusivity and high quality of service providence to people with special needs.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers with special needs, providing personalized assistance and support.
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, concerns, or requests for accommodations.
• Conduct training programs to educate staff on inclusive practices and effective communication techniques.
• Advocate for the implementation of accessibility standards to ensure equal access.
• Appear in corporation videos as a sign language interpreter.
• Regularly assess customer service processes and practices, identifying areas for improvement.
• Assist in developing and updating relevant procedures in accordance with government regulations.
• Stay informed about assistive technologies and tools that can enhance the customer experience.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Able to accurately interpret spoken language to sign language and vice versa.
• Should possess a pleasant personality and deal with different personnel effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a good listener and able to give the most effective solution required at the time.
• Familiar with the Microsoft Office package and other relevant software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Dhivehi and English.
• Should be well-organized, detail-oriented, forward-thinking and proactive.

SALARY PACKAGE
Negotiable based on educational qualification and experience.
