Quality Assurance Officer

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• Degree in a relevant field.
• Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience.
OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible to attain and maintain quality certifications of the company and lead the initiatives to continuously improve quality standards.
SCOPE OF WORK
• Standardize and strategically align company policies, procedures, and work processes.
• Conduct gap analysis and need assessment of policies and procedures and work processes.
• Assist and guide functions of the company in the formulation of policies, procedures, and standardization of work processes.
• Oversee the implementation of company policies, procedures, and work processes.
• Evaluate and monitor the efficacy of company policies, procedures, and processes to identify areas of improvement.
• Design process flow strategies to ensure interactions and links between processes are established to improve business performance.
• Ensure that the Quality Management System of the company complies with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Ensure the promotion of awareness of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System throughout the company.
• Identify measures to improve the operational efficiency of the corporation.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the quality system using various quality assessment and improvement tools.
• Assist in establishing the Quality Internal Audit program and preparing necessary documents for both internal and external audits.
• Ensure root causes of product or process non-conformities are investigated and corrective actions are taken.
JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Extensive knowledge in change management, risk management, process improvements and quality planning.
• Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
• Visionary, trustworthy, diplomatic, understanding, and innovative with a high energy level.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dhivehi.
• Should be able to work as an individual and as a flexible team player.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Should be able to prioritize tasks and manage one's own time effectively.
SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary of MVR 19,000.00
