  • Diploma or Equivalent in Management Field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in related field.

Minimum Qualification and Experience

Directly responsible for the Head of Projects and Technical Department of Mifco and under him is responsible for coordinating all project related works of Project Management Consultant's office, keep track of the progress of project works, and run the administrative works of the office. Furthermore, he/she is responsible for logistical works of all internal travels of the PMC office staff.

  • Assist the head of the PMC and other staff of PMC office to manage the normal works of the Project office in a cost-effective manner.
  • Work alongside and assist site engineers with secretarial duties.
  • Maintain the office as a suitable workplace.
  • Take, prepare and distribute minutes of meetings.
  • Look after the registry of project staff at site.
  • Ensure that all documents related to projects arc kept orderly intact and in a manner easy to retrieve.
  • Assist with preparation of weekly and monthly reports and other documentations.
  • Assist with financial record keeping.
  • Collect data on projects costing and consolidates to prepare the final project cost.
  • Supervise Office maintenance works.
  • Help PMC Office staff with travel arrangements within Maldives.
  • Perform any other office related work assigned by the department head.
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and advise fellow' workers to follow all safety instructions.
  • Maintain all records, documents or any other work related equipment under care and place of work under watch in a sanitary condition to ensure MIFCO regulations are met.
  • Help other Department staff in minimizing costs and preparation and maintenance of PMC office budget.
