MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• Degree in Finance/Accounting or a relevant field with 4 years’ experience in a relevant field.

OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible for the Loan Management function with the guidance of the Head of Section.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Analyze agreements received to the Loan Management Unit from various departments.
• Prepare relevant schedules relevant to a loan or other payment structures when required with respect to new agreements or agreement amendments.
• Assure that the schedules provided are accurate, free from errors, well-maintained and updated in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with other relevant departments to ensure up to date records maintenance of leased properties & revenue receivable properties other than loan customers.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to communicate with loan customers for any inconsistencies of the payments, under payments, changes in payment schedules, or terms of the agreements.
• Ensure that the records of customers in Excel and ERP system are up to date.
• Prepare and communicate respective information required to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports (including data required for ECL calculations) are provided on a timely basis.
• Prepare annual and revised budget of the unit and appropriately utilize the budget.
• Anticipate, analyze and device mechanisms to avoid, mitigate or minimize the foreseeable risks to the Corporation with regards to the Loan Management Unit.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the unit and ensure maximum optimization of resources.
• Follow up on new agreements/addendums and prepare agreement assessment report on monthly basis.
• Ensure adherence to relevant standards and policies to ensure the accuracy of financial entries and reports.
• Coordinate accordingly to formulate respective policies and operating procedures relating to the unit.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Familiar with accounting software.
• Computer literacy in accounting packages; Tally knowledge, Microsoft Dynamics NAV etc.
• GAAP, IAS & IFRS knowledge.
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results.
• Should possess leadership skills in order to manage the team.
• Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets.
• Should be able to priorities tasks and manage one's own time effectively.
• Strong analytic skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary of MVR 27,500.00
