MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• Masters in Finance/Business Management with 6 years’ experience in relevant field (OR)
• Degree in Finance/Business Management with 7 years’ experience in relevant field

OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible for the overseeing the execution of the functions of the Real Estate Department sections to ensure the effective delivery of the sections respective mandate and achievement of department strategic goals and carrying out the responsibilities of the Head of department in his/her absence.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Develop the department’s yearly strategic goals and ensure its alignment with corporate goals under the guidance of Head of Department.
• Guide and oversee the development of yearly operational strategies of individual sections and ensure its alignment with departments strategic goals. Coordinate and liaise with head of sections to monitor and ensure the successful execution of department strategic goals.
• Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information and provide the ongoing work updates on a consistent basis to all stakeholders about progress, strategy and adjustments.
• Ensure the timely delivery of planned projects for the year, with efficient resource planning, risk mitigation and project scheduling.
• Guide and manage the overall allocation and status of land and buildings managed under the department’s portfolio umbrella in coordination with other relevant departments, authorities and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement internal systems and mechanism to monitor cross sectional/departmental processes and recommend ways to enhance existing processes of the department
• Ensure all the department functions are carried out as per endorsed company policies and procedures or any other relevant regulations.
• Ensure that proper standard operating procedures are in place with regard to the scope of services provided by the function and ensure SOPs are followed by the team members.
• Contribute and work together with other departments to improve the organizational performance according the guidance of Head of Department.
• Assist and contribute to other functions of the department under the guidance of Head of Department.
• Carryout the main duties and assigned responsibilities of the assigned section.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Can confirm to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytic and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.
• Discretion and need for confidentiality.
• Able to work flexibly and cope with the ambiguity of an organization going through change.
• Strong interpersonal skill: should be a good listener and able to give most effective solution required at the time.
• Proficient with basic budget management and calculations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Conflict Resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Should be familiar with Microsoft office package and any other software relevant to the departmental usage.

SALARY PACKAGE
Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
