MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• Degree in Finance/Business or a relevant field.

OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible to carry out the business development function of the Corporation and provide comprehensive administrative support.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Assist in developing mechanisms to deliver projects, under the guidance of HoD/HoS.
• Undertake research into the marketability and feasibility of the planned projects.
• Assist in development of Business Models and Business Proposals for new business opportunities and close new business deals.
• Organize meetings with interested investors/developers, record meeting minutes and follow up as required.
• Attend to administrative arrangements related to announcements and process bids for commercial land parcels.
• Assist in preparation of reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing relevant metrics.
• Continuously analyze the position of the company and recommend ways to take advantage of the strength of the company.
• Deal with correspondences related to the section and maintain proper documentation.
• Study product situations and customer views on products and services produced by the corporation.
• Forecast, identify and stay up-to-date on new trends in city developments and similar developments.
• Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered in the most efficient, effective and coordinated manner.
• Assist in formulating business development policies and procedures as directed by the HoD / Supervisor and review evaluate and update work methods and procedures as instructed by the HoD.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Basic knowledge of marketing & business modeling concepts.
• Considerable knowledge of government rules and regulations.
• Familiar with the field’s concepts, practices and procedures.
• Proficient with project feasibility and revenue estimation.
• Should be an effectual communicator verbally as well as through writing skills.
• Effective and successful negotiation skills.
• Should have extensive knowledge on Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
• Should be able work as an individual and as a flexible team player.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Should be able to priorities tasks and manage one's own time effectively.

SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary between MVR. 17,000.00 to MVR. 19,000.00.
