INVITATION FOR BIDS

The Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Technology has received funding from the Global Environment Facility (GEF) towards implementing the project “Enhancing National Development through Environmentally Resilient Islands”,and intends to apply part of the proceeds develop management plans for the 6 protected areas at Laamu Atoll.

A complete set of the bidding documents and related documentation is available on the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Technology’s website www.environment.gov.mv  for downloading.  It is also attached with this advertisement.

Pre-bid Meeting

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 15^th January 2023 at 1100 hours Maldivian time at the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Technology.

Bid Validity and Bid Opening

Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of bid opening and shall be submitted (in both soft and hard copies) to the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Technology, before 11:00 AM Maldivian Time on 25^th January 2023 (Wednesday). Late bids will be rejected.

The bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on 25^th January 2023 (Wednesday) in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to attend the bid opening.
