Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), or Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), or Chartered Public Accountants (CPA), or Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), or member of any other professional accounting body recognised by IFAC.

Qualification:

Minimum 5 years of which 4 years' experience in financial and corporate reporting. Minimum 3 years' senior management experience in a corporate environment. Sound knowledge in application of IFRS

Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.

Qualification:

Minimum 7 years of which 5 years' experience in financial and corporate reporting. Minimum 3 years' senior management experience in a corporate environment. Sound knowledge in application of IFRS

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.

Qualification:

Allowances and Salary:

• Direct all aspects of the Finance and Accounting functions of the Company.
• Providing financial strategic recommendations to the Managing Director, Board of Directors and members of the executive management team and advising on long-term business and financial planning.
• Provide necessary advice to executive management of the company on the financial implications of business activities.
• Ensure that company financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth.
• Lead and develop finance teams especially, Invoicing, Accounts Payable, Debt collection and Cash Management.
• Establish a high level of credibility and manage strong working relationships with external parties including regulatory authorities, suppliers, and customers.
• Ensure that all the payments are made promptly, and proper controls are in place.
• Analyse expenses, incomes, and provisions to ensure they are recorded appropriately.
• Ensure credibility of the financial reports by providing timely & accurate management reporting, variance analysis, financial trends, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance of financial statements with IFRS and other applicable local laws and regulations.
• Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets, and consolidation reports.
• Identify and address potential financial risks for the company and provide recommendation to the management in mitigating risks.
• Ensure that effective internal controls are in place in relation to the financial and tax reporting.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, prepare tax returns, make payments, necessary reports and manage and maintain the company’s tax records
