MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a relevant field.

OVERALL SCOPE
Assist in property planning and control activities with regard to portfolio properties.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Check unit drawings submitted for design approval as per the unit design guidelines.
• Assist in producing design guidelines and guideline communication drawings.
• Inspect properties and produce reports with design recommendations and solutions.
• Assist in property rejuvenation and renovation works.
• Produce concept drawings, detail drawings and workshop drawings.
• Assist in property takeover and handover process with relevant departments.
• Inspect properties within the takeover, rectification, enhancement, and rejuvenation processes.
• Assist to produce inspection reports, designing communication documents, and implement work schedules.
• Keep an updated as-built drawing of all properties.
• Provide required drawings for property management and facility management.
• Carry out BIM-integrated 3D modelling.

• Should be familiar with Microsoft Office package.
• Should possess good customer relation and interpersonal skills.
• Should be well-organized, detail-oriented, forward-thinking and proactive.
• Should be able to work as an individual and as a flexible team player.
• Should be an effective communicator verbally as well as through writing skills.
• Discretion and need for confidentiality.

SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary between MVR 19,000.00 and MVR 22,000.00 based on educational qualification and experience.
