MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

  • O’ Level
  • Experience in a relevant field will be an added advantage

OVERALL SCOPE
Supervise and monitor issues related to HDC properties.

SCOPE OF WORK

  • Assist in managing property management related issues under the guidance of HOD/HOS.
  • Inspect the condition of premises and arrange the necessary maintenance works or notify the owners.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team to rectify damages or repairs to properties.
  • Report any defects or improvements/replacements in buildings and equipment as necessary.
  • Respond to all tenants (commercial and residential) in a prompt, polite and efficient manner and deal with all complaints as per HDC's policies and procedures in a confidential and timely manner.
  • Monitor the work of approved contractors in a professional manner and regularly review their performance.
  • Respond to off hour calls as necessary and occasionally attend on site if the situation arise.
  • Deal with updates and manage daily correspondences assigned, and carry out follow ups of the work assigned.
  • Provide information needed to manage and update databases of the section.
  • Liaise with other departments in carrying out works relevant to the section.

  • Should be able to work in the field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Should possess good customer and public relation skills.
  • Should be familiar with Microsoft office package.
  • Should be well-organized, detail-oriented, forward-thinking and proactive.
  • Should be able to work as an individual and as a flexible team player.
  • Should be able to prioritise tasks and manage one's own time effectively.

SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary of MVR 11,500.
