Local Consultant for Module adaptation and facilitation of ToTs for Emergency Training

2 packages of Module adaptation-60,000 MVR

Training of Trainers for -60,000 MVR

Consultation Fee

• Emergency Medicine Specialist -Should have a Master’s Degree (MNQF level 09) in Emergency Medicine or equivalent field after completing MBBS or equivalent degree.
• Previous experience in  conducting trainings and certification in BLS/ACLS/PALS is desirable.
• 05-years work experience in relevant field

* Medical Doctors should be registered  at Maldives Medical and Dental Council.

Education and Experience:

Adapt  and finalize training modules for  medical doctors

The training package should  include a Facilitators Guides, Powerpoint Presentations, and Distribution materials for participants. The draft modules should  be shared with SM for technical review by FHI 360/EpiC before finalization.

1.Module package 1:

Basic training module will include the following :

• Scene safety and triage
• Primary emergency assessment
• Infection control measures (IPC)
• Focused History and Physical Examination for Medical and trauma Patients
• Teamwork / communication
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

2.Module package 2:

Advance training module will include the following :

• Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS)
• Emergency Medical care for major critical conditions (excludes obstetric emergencies)
• Portable ventilator usage
• Advance medical devices usage
• Mass disaster management channel
• Documentation & MLC

3.Facilitation of Master Training of Trainers (ToT)  in Male’

Deliverables

1. Editable soft copies of the draft modules package for technical review

2. Editable soft copies of the final modules package

3. Conduction of Training of Trainers (ToT)
