INVITATION FOR BIDS
Subject: Supply and Delivery of Airport Crash Rescue 2 Vehicles (Retender)
- The Ministry of Finance and Treasury, on behalf of Ministry of Tourism (the Employer), cancels the Invitation for the subjected project (Ref No. (IUL) 13-K/13/2014/230) and has decided to re-invite bids from local and foreign Contractors for the following works.
- The Bidder shall furnish a bid security of MVR 80,000.00 (Maldivian Rufiyaa Eighty Thousand) which shall be valid for 28 days beyond the validity of the Bid. The amount of performance security shall be 5% of contract price. An advance payment of 15% of contract price will be provided upon submission of an advance payment guarantee.
- Interested eligible applicants may obtain further information, and obtain a complete set of the Bidding document in electronic format from Tender Evaluation Section of Ministry of Finance and Treasury, from November 24, 2014 toDecember 1, 2014between 0830 hrs and 1430 hrs on all working days, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MVR 1,500.00 (Maldivian Rufiyaa Thousand Five Hundred).
- Any clarifications regarding the project can be sent to the mail [email protected] on or before 1200 hrs Maldivian time, 2nd December 2014.
- Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and shall be delivered to Ministry of Finance and Treasury at the address specified below in Clause 6 of this Invitation for Bids, on or before 1000 hrs.’ Maldivian time on 8th December 2014 (Monday), at which time they will be opened in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend.
