INVITATION FOR BIDS

The Government of Republic of Maldives represented by Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Technology (MoECCT) has received financing from the Global Environment Facility (GEF), through UN Environment Programme (UNEP) and intends to apply portion of the financing to the Recruitment of consultant for the Project Formulation of Maldives First Biennial Transparency Report (BTR) to United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. The Ministry now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for this project. The bids received for the advertisement no: (IUL)438-CCD/438/2022/402, dated on 25 September 2022, has been cancelled, and the Ministry re-invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the 2^nd tender of this project.

A complete set of the bidding documents and related documentation is available on the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Technology’s website www.environment.gov.mv  for downloading. It is also attached with this advertisement.

Bid Validity and Bid Opening

Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of bid opening and shall be submitted to the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Technology, before 11:00 AM Maldivian Time on 15^th December 2022. Late bids will be rejected.

The bids will be opened at 11:00AM on 15^th December 2022 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to attend the bid opening.
