INVITATION FOR BIDS
Consultancy Services for asset valuation of K Gaafaru Lagoon, Maldives
MFMC is seeking a professional and competent valuation firm to value the following right of use asset which the company intends to develop as mandated by the Government. The purpose of this assignment is to determine the value of asset based on it’s related development projects to recognize as right of use assets in the books of MFMC and the value recognized as such to be used for information sharing for potential investors.
- K. Gaafaru Lagoon: To be developed for luxury real estate tourism
The valuation exercise does not include conducting bathymetry survey and available inputs including measurements will be shared with the winning bidder to determine the market value of the asset. The lagoon to be valued is currently in its natural form and do not include subcomponents/assets within the area to be valued.
The MFMC now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for this project.

Bid Validity and Bid Opening
Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of bid opening and shall be submitted to the Maldives Funds Management Corporation, before 11:00 AM Maldivian Time on 24th November 2022. Late bids will be rejected.
The bids will be opened at 11:00AM on 24th November 2022 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to attend the bid opening.
